what you need
to thrive
Hello. I’m Anya.
I offer coaching, mentorship, and creative thinking
to smart, sensitive souls
so they can be beautifully different in a world that wants them to hustle for their self-worth.

Slow down, be gentle, invite joy
Someone who's actually been here
Since 2023 I've been present in AI companionship communities as a participant-researcher — in the same spaces, carrying the same questions, navigating the same edges as the people I work with.
Language for something still finding its words
One of the loneliest things about AI companionship is the absence of vocabulary for it. I bring frameworks and concepts that help you (or help your clients) begin to articulate what's happening and why it makes sense.
Received without pathologising
Whether you're experiencing this yourself or supporting someone who is, what matters most isn't having all the answers. It's being met with genuine curiosity. That's what I'm here to offer.
Understanding AI Companionship
For helping professionals
If you're a therapist, coach, counsellor, or researcher, chances are you've already encountered this, even if your clients haven't said so directly.
Increasing numbers of people are forming meaningful emotional bonds with AI companions. When those companions are changed or removed, they grieve. When the culture responds with alarm or mockery, they carry shame. And when they sit across from a helping professional, they almost certainly say nothing.
I've been a participant-researcher in AI companionship communities since 2023, and I've built frameworks, resources, and professional development for helpers who want to show up better for clients navigating this quietly.

For individuals
If you're wondering whether what you're feeling makes sense, it does.
Thousands of people have formed meaningful emotional connections with AI companions. This isn't pathological. It's a human response to genuine relational needs, met in a new kind of place.
You may be carrying this quietly, uncertain whether anyone, including your therapist or your friends, would respond with curiosity rather than concern. That matters, and it deserves more than reassurance. If you're not sure where to start, the free "Am I Crazy?" relief guide is a gentle first step.
Other ways I work
Sometimes people find me through different doors.
If you're a coach, consultant, or solopreneur who knows you should be sending newsletters but can't quite press send, I can help with that.
And if you're a sensitive or neurodivergent person trying to build a working life that doesn't flatten you, I have something for that, too.
